50% advance payment is required to begin production.
The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
Production begins only after the advance payment is received.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
We accept:
Ready-to-ship items may be exchanged only if received damaged or incorrect.
Customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Customers should inspect their parcel within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders confirmed with payment are not affected by later price changes.
Ready-to-ship orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Custom bridal couture requires a 50% advance before production, with the balance payable before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature of our couture, customized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
